Lise, it IS pure beef.  There is NO pork at all associated with beef bacon.  A pig has never even looked in the direction of beef bacon.

Good evening everyone!  What's for dinner?

Hey purelife!! Great to catch ya.

  Dinner was steamed eggs, steamed okra (with bean paste dipping sauce) and Thai fish cakes with cucumber/chillie sauce.

  Now I have a tummy ache thanks to those chillies. Dessert later on. Ice cream.

  How about you? What did you have for dinner?

Your dinner sounds exotic.  Yummy.  

I didn't eat dinner yet.  I'm probably going to have some t-bone steak with some veggies.

I love steak! T-bone steak's my favorite. Hmm. Are you or your BF going to do the steak?

  It's not that exotic, purelife. It's what my mom always made for us.

Ahh, I see.  A mom meal.  Always yummy and the best.  

I'm at my parent's tonight.  I'd thought to visit my mom.  I might go watch a movie with my brother.  I rarely take advantage of his free admission because he works for Famous Players.

We're probably going to watch The Holiday.  It doesn't start until 10.  That'll be cool to work for Famous Players.  All the movies you want and all the dates one could possibly have.    LOL, I hope that my brother is taking advantage of this.  hee hee...   The last time I watched something with him was last year around this time.

I know you miss your momma.    Sometimes I wish that I am as close to my mom as you are with yours.  So, I'm jeolous of you too.  hee hee...

  Yeah, me and my mum have a wonderful relationship. She's like my best buddy. I just hope I can be like that to my girls when they grow up.

Lise, I always buy turkey bacon at Safeway.  No pork in that either, and it's much leaner than real bacon.  Not too expensive either.
