added 3 Chery tomatoes sliced thinly

80 grams of ham divided equally in to 2 portions
2 dill pickles cut into strips
1 mandarin orange for dessert
1 can of Sanpeligrino Iced Tea
to wash down the 12 MG of hydromorph
so ends a boring lunch
