Drinking coffee substitute- Krakus, a cheap Postum-type product from the StupidStore.  Except in this house we call it "KRAK ASS".  I'm not loving this beverage.  I buy it because Heckyl drinks it by the mugful.

Speaking of dragon fruit I just bought some. I buy it all the time. great fruit.

rice diet continues. stir fry tonight. onions, peppers, cucumbers, mushrooms.

    Hmmmm...... dragon fruit. I love this especially on those delightlful Chinese cakes.
