I understand the frustration of waiting and have not too much tolerance for that, but that's very rude. That waitress had to clean the place and probably lost her job.How many time I saw understaffed restaurant with waitress running like crazy and being punished by having bad tips over it ?


 

That's true Michel.  But on the other hand, it barely takes a second to say, even in passing..."I'm SO sorry to keep you waiting, I'll be with you as quick as I can".  Makes all the difference.  I'm afraid I have little tolerance for bad service.
