Hey Lunchies!  I just realized that you can cook a whole yam in the micro on the potato setting (duh!).  It was really good.

I'm not a fancier of yams, so I've never tried it.  I used to make sweet potato pie for my husband, but I just boiled them.

even candied yams baked with butter and brown sugar?  We eat those at Xmas.

I have to get going now.  I'm actually not at work today.  Just wasn't feeling too well, and had to take my car into the ICBC Inspection place.  Now, I just have to find someone to fix my car.
