Good morning Lil Me and everyone else who is lurking.

  I've heard about that about those protein shakes as well.  My rule is, if you don't know how to pronounce the ingredient(s) or know what it(they) mean, then don't put it in your body.

I'm yet another sardine lover. They're not at all bad straight out of the can, I often eat them this way.
