See that 'Flood Smart" banner from FEMA that appears occasionally? It's gotta be whacked. I plugged in my address and it claims I have a "moderate" risk of flooding.
I call bullshit. I live on top of a huge hill- if the waters ever rose high enough to flood my home then the entire rest of the world would be under water, at which point I'd have bigger things to worry about than some water damage to my house. Like the total destruction of the Earth, for one.
