Neil Young's New Anti-war album streamed onto myspace

I like Neil Young. But I don't see the point to anti war albums.  I from a differnt generation I guess.  What does it accomplish in this country? Answer: not much.  Instead of people asking questions you'll end up getting ridiculed and there will be mass protests, not at what you are talking about but directed at YOU.  Won't be suprised if I see mass break Neil Young CD's days or radio stations banning him all together. To me its just not worth it because North American society (mainly the u.s.) looks at protesting like a farce.  I've said this to many people.  The only people that know how to protest in this continent are anti- Nafta people and Montrealers and Canadians.  Take for example the teacher strike this year in British Columbia.  You had every labour group in the province saying they would go on strike in support of the teachers.  You just don't get that down here.  


Take for example the immigration marches in L.A. instead of covering the marches Fox News america's news channel had a graphic and had guests on that said "Should we arrest these people".
