Roger's many facets include kickin' afro, his ridiculous
blue suit, and his seemingly endless supply of facial
expressions and hand gestures.

All My Friends Are Dead

Freddie's albums are great for parties, holidays,
or office get-togethers.  An all around good time for
the whole family.

The real trouble with reality is that there's no background music.

This old DV thread covers the spectrum fairly well.

Ah, the good old days. When men were men and the women were sheep.

This one scares the hell out of me,

Everyone sing after me:

 Satan is real,
 working in spirit,
 you can see him,
 and hear him,
 in this world
 every day.

 Satan is real,
 working with power,
 he can tempt you
 and lead you astray.

Then of course there is the actual content behind these lovely visual presentations.

Breaking the mold, the Louvin Bros. above were actually top country songwriters before the album above was released. Note the Capitol Records logo. (!)

Freddie Gage is a fundamentalist psychotic, and the title of the album is the title of his classic sermon, one of the highlights of which is when he tells a kid whose father just died that the father has gone to hell.

On the other side of the spectrum, the [a href="vny!://www.shaggs.com/"]Shaggs[/a] are just something that one can only stand back from and marvel at. Like the formation of slime mold, they occurred naturally, are not a joke, and captivate one's eyes and ears like an attraction at a carnival side show.
