Wind Power is going to grow too in the Pincher Creek/Lethbridge area. The thing is, its one of the windiest parts of the west. Lots of potential. BC doesn't get the same consistent blowing wind as Southern Alberta. Still no excuse to move towards alternative energies.

  Calgary transit light rail trains are run mostly by wind power.

  Okotoks, AB has started a pilot project for solar power.

Now if only we could harness the amount of redundant air produced by our politicians...

Thousands of years ago cats were worshipped.  They have not forgotten.
