Electronic signature

Does anyone out there know how to create a signature appearance from you handwriting?  Can you please help me out as i need to submit a job application by tomorrow morning.

you'll have to scan it and paste it in as an image, unless you're talking about a PGP srypto signature.

I have already scan it and saved it in PDF format but am not able to erase off the white patches...
