i am sorry if i am one of only a few readers who find this story amusing.
it is stupid and dangerous,no doubt someone should be held accoutable but before i take a kick at a randomly placed soccer ball,surely i'd check the situation out.
i am not saying the injured are at fault but some of the responsibilty does lay with the public.
