There is existing background check for immigrants to Canada.

  Everyone are required to send in background check result from all countries' (the letter/background check should be from the local authority) she/he ever reside for 6 months or more, and the local authority are sending the result to CIC (Citizenship and Immigration Canada).

  The questions to ask are:

- what if the 'boot camps for violent afficionados' are for less than 6mths stretch at a time?

- how to screen the local 'mafia'? as they might 'own' the authorities on their countries? will they ever be organized enough to send one of their own to open 'branch' in other countries?

- what if the local authorities give away spic and span rap-sheet for criminals that they would be happy to get rid of from their own country?

I once sold everything (all kids stuff) I brought in 2.5 hrs, in Killarney regular flea market. Probably because there wasn't anyone with kids stuff (no competitor), but I find it a bit hard to do that alone, as when I get to bring things in and out, no one watch the table (other table/seller were friendly enough to watch my stuff too). I planned to share a table with raerae at Bonsor, but we were too late to register.

  I also did few families garage sale at my sis-in-laws home (their home is more accessible by families compare to mine). There were 5 families including me that get together, and all selling kids stuff (as it was at my in-laws home, they get to sell all the stuff they want to sell not just kids stuff). My sis-in-law put advertisement on the local newspaper and her internet 'group'. She mentioned because it was 'few families', people knows that they have wider range of choices. Some people pass by 15 minutes before our 'opening' hour!
