i read quite a few magazines. i dont actually buy them, i just read them at at the stores. alot of it depends on what the articles are. i used to read lou lou alot! not so much anymore. mens health is a good one. my all time fav is maxim mag!

i have itchy scalp every now and again. the temperature of the water also makes a difference. hot water isnt good.
aveda has a great product for such a thing...i found this from 'shape' magazine on hair care. dont ask why i was reading shape magazine!

just came across this site that scans your computer to check to see if your computer is safe from hackers. im sure there are quite a bit of them out there.

CHILLIWACK/CKNW(AM980) - RCMP have arrested a Chilliwack dentist after members of his staff discovered a video camera in the staff washroom.
Doctor Mario Laskaris doesn't deny installing the camera but maintains it was for surveillance. He admits making a mistake and claims he'll do whatever is necessary to make it up to his seven female staff members.
The dental office is closed for now but a spokesman for the College of Dental Surgeons won't comment on the case unless Doctor Laskaris is eventually charged by the College itself.

mcdonalds had it at one point. dont know if they still do. it was gross. they microwaved it to melt the cheese..
