Does anyone here have a webcam? I just got one, seems to work fine, but the person I was calling with the Skype video-phone service couldn't see me. Anyone know anything about this. I could see them fine and I could see myself in my on-screen window, but they couldn't see me at all. (??) Anyone wanna run a test?

hoohaa? you mean hook the camcorder up as a webcam? Wait, I think I can do that with my canon powershot, I remember reading something about that in all the gizmo functions it listed when I was trying to figure out how to turn it on and take pictures.
Yep, Russ. If you have USB port, you should be able to hook up your digital camcorder/camera to your computer. No need to buy extra webcam.

Should point out that not all camcorder/camera will work. You need one that says specifically that it can hook up to the web and allow you to MSN.

Funny thing about Futureshop. I went to their online store, found a product that was cheaper, took the price back to the physical store... the price there was much more dearer. I asked if they could lower or match the price to their online store.

I was like, but your online store says this and the salesperson said it's a different company altogether. Huh? So ok. No deal. I just went online and bought the product there. At least they didn't charge me for shipping, it just took a couple more days to get the stuff to my door.
