Yes, the Admin is clearly a wonderful human being, probably very handsome, funny, well-hung, witty, caring, great in bed, kind to animals, and ....

Oh shit, did I forget to logout?  lol

Seriously, though, I thank you for you kind words.

Admin, I thought that you would like the quote.  [img style="font-style: italic;" src="http://discoverseattle.net/forums/richedit/smileys/Happy/14.gif[/img]

I like it so much I may get a tattoo if it.

Who is that quote attributed to? My guess: Hunter S. Thompson. (If he didn't say it, he should have.)

"Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of  arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, butrather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, martini in theother, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO HOOwhat  a ride!"

What a great quote- I am SO there!

Well, that seemed to work, so I'm out of ideas. That was the same URL and everything?

I think it may because it was a Google url to a cached picture, although the porno picture getting subbed in doesn't sound like something google would do.

Question....are 'guests' able to  smite or bless ????

Only registered users have access to Karma. Guests aren't worthy of such power.

[div style="font-style: italic;"]An error message came up that said I had already posted that picture...and that I may have double clicked.  But in place of the kitty picture was a porn picture.  ??????????[/div][div style="font-style: italic;"] [/div][div style="font-style: italic;"]What's happening ??[/div]
Hmmm, I'm not sure, but I have a theory. Some places don't allow hot-linking to their pics, and they can detect it and substitute another pic in it's place. (I do this on a couple of my other sites.) You sometimes see this from Tripod sites, where the image says something like "Hosted on Tripod" instead of showing the image you want. That's my guess.

Post the URL of the imag ehere and I'll give it a go and see what happens.

I wonder if you can track who gave you good karma, and who smote/smitted you.

In a word, nope. The Karma stuff is all pretty anonymous. It does some simple tracking to prevent people from going on a smite-fest against another user (the time-limit restriction) but even those little bits are wiped once the timeout period is up. In short, Karma isn't tracked in any identifiable way.

I bought Karl Marx's Communist Manifesto. And Orwell's 1984.

We'll all come to Guantanamo and visit you.
