 Expert Says Swine Flu Scare Just a Money-Making Scam
 [/font][font style="font-family: Verdana;" size="2"]Calling it "one of the greatest medical scandals of the century," the head of [a href="http://www.opposingviews.com/questions/are-biotech-foods-safe"]health[/a] for the Council of Europe is calling for an [a href="http://www.opposingviews.com/tags/investigation"]investigation[/a] of the World Health Organization's declaration that [a href="http://www.opposingviews.com/tags/swine-flu"]swine flu[/a] was a pandemic.

 Wolfgang Wodarg said making H1N1 an official "pandemic" was a goldmine for drug companies. "The great campaign of panic we have seen provided a golden opportunity for representatives from labs who knew they would hit the jackpot in the case of a pandemic being declared," Wodarg told the UK tabloid [em]The Sun[/em].

 "A group of people in the WHO is associated very closely with the pharmaceutical industry," Wodarg claims.

 Wodarg is calling for an investigation into the WHO declaration. "We want to clarify everything that brought about this massive operation of disinformation. We want to know who made decisions, on the basis of what evidence, and precisely how the influence of the pharmaceutical industry came to bear on the decision-making."

 For it's part, WHO stands by its declaration, and says the pandemic is not over. This, despite the fact that just one state in the U.S. -- Alabama -- is still reporting widespread swine flu activity.

 Wodarg is not the first expert to claim a great scam has been pulled on the world. Here at [em]OpposingViews.com[/em], one of our experts, Michael Fumento of the Competitive Enterprise Institute, has been writing since [em]last spring, [/em]saying the swine flu "pandemic" will be nothing more than the ordinary flu. Just yesterday he wrote:

 No, the public health establishment bungled at best and lied at worst. I hope I am not stricken with it for saying so.....but right from the start, they were calling this a 'pandemic' at a point when there were  6 people worldwide that had it, and it seemed ridiculous to me.  Then later on, it started to sound a bit scary, until a little research showed that more people die in a year from the regular ol flu in the US alone, than the world total did of the swine flu.

I agree, when it irst started and they announced I said it was a bunch of BS.. The numbers they were saying was too small for me to believe.

I think they should do an investigation!

 I do not know if it is a scam or not. I got the Shot and right now about 3 months later  I am in bed sick as a dog barfing and other things, feeling dizzy and sweating a storm, my body jumps from freezing cold to boiling hot. my bones ache, my muscles are on fire. my eyes feel like they are filled with liquid lead... basically I feel like crap.
 
 My doctor said I have the H1N1 Flu. She prescribed to me some Tami-flu medications amazingly enough it cost me 0 dollars and that surprised me, I thought it was a very expensive drug. but it is covered, I just am not sure why this is a covered medical expense. Maybe cause H1N1 is a pandemic, albeit of minor proportions. In some areas h1N1 is a large issue.
 
 Now according to news and other forms of coverage H1N1 is a issue, but if they did not raise this subject of the H1N1 Flu and had every one Inoculated against it, would it have been a killer flu, or is it just a minor nuisance due to the large coverage of it.
 
  the way it was done so far makes me wonder if it is some other reasons behind this H1N1 inoculations but that's for the mass conspiracy theorists to go into detail over it..
 
 would the H1N1 Fu have reached Epic infection rates if it had not been so widely covered in the news today ?  
 
 perhaps its spread has been controlled and prevented through the use of such massive advertising and the use of medication (inoculation)  maybe its spread from was from brought about via the enhanced public awareness.
 
  maybe things would of been 1000 times worse had they not made such a large isuue of it.. I can not say for sure. I can only say. It is making me sick.

 well that was unpleasant and tasted worse coming back up..
 
  did a whole swab of tests, I felt like crap all last week. then Tuesday was the worst So I am taking my sick time right now. and see where I am at next week. in regards to returning to work. no sense going in to work and making other people just as sick as I am right now.
