It isn't underwear. Which reminds me, I went out to dinner the other night and the lady of the house informed everyone that she'd spent the morning buying "scary underwear". Any ideas, anyone?

I call scary underwear, anything that might be a size up from my last underwear.

Oh, I just about remember that advert; if I recall there was a whole series of them. They were hilarious.

"Scary underwear" are those that goes up to your belly almost to your waist, kind of like the ones worn in the movie, Bridget Jones' Diary.

At least, that's what my mom wears and I call those scary underwear cuz I would not wear them.

Gopher

Of course I can, they're bra-stuffers.

Do you still wear them? What are they called?

No, I stopped wearing those about 3 or 4 months ago.   And they are called underwear from yesteryear.
