What are you craving right now?  It doesn't have to be food.

  I crave for the vanilla bean mario's gelato ice cream... OMG YUMMY!

i was craving freshly squeezed oj and i brought a bag of oj and made some tonight... mmm...... the feeling of fulfilling a craving.

haha. Do like they do in the juicy fruit commercials and grab the guitar (is it a guitar?), and smash it. Sometimes that is the only solution.
