[/font][/h1] [h1] Security - Keylogger [/h1] To remove any keyloggers from your computer, please complete the following:
1) Go to www.zdnet.com and download an anti-spyware piece of software such as AdAware, SpyBot or other.
2) Install and run a full scan on your PC.
3) Run a full and up to date anti virus scan.
4) Restart your PC.
Your PC should now be clear of any keyloggers or untrusted software.

[/font]To stop your pop-ups please try:
1) Activating a firewall on your connection. You can use the Windows XP built in firewall. If you require another version then please visit www.zonelabs.com
2) If you have a firewall activated and you are still receiving pop-ups download some anti spy-ware from www.zdnet.com, or other download websites.
3) This software will scan your PC and remove any spy-ware from your computer that may be causing the pop-ups.
4) Restart your PC.
5) If you are still recieving pop-ups then you can download a pop-up blocker from www.zonelabs.com. Otherwise if you visit www.google.com and download their search tool bar. This also has a pop-up blocker on it.
That should solve any pop-up problems that you are experiencing.
Security - Virus [h1] [/h1]If you feel you have a computer Virus please complete the following:
1) Please make sure you have an anti-virus program and that you have updated it to the latest version.
Recommended virus removal software:
AVG Anti Virus (Provides a free trial)
Norton anti-virus
McAfee anti virus
2) After you have installed the latest version of the anti-virus, restart your PC in safe mode(Press and hold F8 at boot up if you are using Windows XP).
3) Run your anti-virus program and perform a full system scan, your anti-virus should remove any virus's found.
4) Restart your PC.
5) Run your anti-virus program again to double check the virus has been removed. (If you know you have a virus but the anti-virus did not detect the virus please try a different anti-virus program)
