  DS Farewell (I Talked to the Trees)

            I postured and screamed,

        but nobody listened to me;

        I pissed, moaned and bawled,

        but they never heard me;

           Can't blame them I guess

         if they don't give a damn

         what I say;

           My tantrums were all just in vain.

             Now what can I do?

         I've crashed and I've burned on two sites;

         Once a proud synaesthete

         I'm now just a yappy lapdog.
