Yeah that's from a movie. Best snowboarders in the world bored to tears doing tricks.  So they decided "hey lets go down a face of mountain" lol.

Yipes !

  You know...I'm all for living life to it's fullest.  But some things just seem to be a total disregard for human life.  It almost irks me that people who are healthy would opt to potentially throw their lives away, when so many would do anything to cling to life and are fighting to stay alive.

  (ok...I know it's a bit of a downer standpoint, but jeeeeez)

P.C. its called $$$$$.  If you were really good at snowboarding and you're a little nuts (all snowboarders are) and somebody offers you 7 figures to ski down a mountain, you'd do it.  lol I wouldn't but I know a bunch of people that would.

Well, there aren't enough $$$$$$ to throw your life away.  Many many more $$$$$ aren't going to do you much good while your beloveds are doing the funeral march to your final resting place.

lol the ladies think its 'hot' apparently. Same reason I guess race car drivers get the hot girls. I have no idea.  Then again I have no idea why they go for the bad boys either. oh
