so i see these people on ellen a few months back and got interested. i went and read a bit of their book and it was a weird book. i turn on oprah today and these people are on, talking about all this 'live life to the fullest' stuff.

anyone know what i am talking about? is this some sort of cult?? if it is good enough for oprah, it is good enough for me?

ive started reading the book, only at chapters. i dont want to spend the $30 for a book that is very 'cult' like.
