Why is DV so slow?

DV is so slow, I cannot acces it. Is anyone else experiencing this?

you register your name so no one takes your handle.. you can bless and smite which really means nothing, and you can send pms. Well, you can use sigs and avatars as well.

  Other than that you can post and start threads all you want.
