I feel totally comfortable here. I ain't looking back. This site has way more going for it and it can only grow once people start hearing about it.
...religion has made some contributions to civilization. It helped in the early days to fix the calendar, and it caused Egyptian priests to chronicle ecplipses with such care that in time they were able to predict them. These two services I am prepared to acknowledge, but I do not know of any others

For thou art with me; thy cream and thy sugar they comfort me
Thou preparest a carafe before me in the presence of Juan Valdez
Thou anointest my day with pep; my mug runneth over
Surely richness and taste shall follow me all the days of my life
And I will dwell in the house of coffee forever.

I can't stop staring at your avatar. That's awesome.[/DIV]"You've got, like, good picture finding skills..."

It's not about skill. It's about tremendous amounts of free time and a penchant for wasting it

Sometimes (all the time?) the best thing to do is nothing, I say.

Ah? So you're a government employee then?

If only. I do food service, so by the end of the day I'm just beat. I just like to chill and pursue hobbies that can be accomplished sitting down. Plus I'm inherently lazy as I mentioned in one of your previous threads.

Yes this is a family computer too, so the naughty stuff only comes out when the kids are at Gramma's.

> At times, it almost seems as though you are glorifying trolls and saboteurs.[/DIV] [/DIV]I don't really hold any admiration for dysfunctional individuals. However thanks to DV, today I can say I have at least a better understanding of "troll psychology" and of what goes into the making of a troll.

I believe an environment as abusive and dysfunctional as DV serves as a perfect breeding ground for trolls.  I've witnessed time and time again where DV provokes and pretty much encourages its participants to turn into trolls.  In my opinion a troll is a natural outcome of what goes for "social interaction" on DV, especially between its participants and mods.  So I'm not glorifying them, but honestly having observed this process long enough, and enough number of times I'd have a hard time blaming those trolls that emerge out of DV and start wreaking havoc there.
