Kittens see dead people; which is why Egyptians kept "sacred cats" around to patrol the spirit world. Judging from your sig line though, I'm sure you already knew this. If the powers that be at Discover Vancouver would invest in some sacred cats I think their rat (and ghost) problem would be dealt with in short order. The problem is, cats can be finicky about who they work for.
