Uhhmmm, it's not what you're thinking, kingy. I meant that she can lie on the ball on her back or on her tummy making sex from behind or the front. Now, this is the best exercise. Trust me. ;)

Always end the name of your child with a vowel, so that when you yell the name will carry. Bill Cosby.

This is one of my favorite stretches: Can you place both your soles and palms flat on the ground in that position and hold for 30 seconds? I'd like to be able to do it without the ball, but I'm not there yet...

I love that position as well. It is part of my stretching routine at the gym. I like doing that without the ball as well. Great exercise for the back! Oh, the flexibility and the feeling of blood rushing to the brain. Awesome! ;)

People who say it can't be done should not interrupt those who are doing it.

Yes. And there's a position where she is on her front on the ball. Uhm, you can imagine the rest. Try it Russ. It definitely improves core stablelizers. ;)

I walked past Comor at the Alberni and Thurlow location. At this location ONLY, they have a 30-50% off of everything as they are closing down. They are leaving at the end of this month. I believe that all outerwear is 50% off and the rest, are 30%. The sale is only at that location. I walked in there but everything is still so expensive for me with the discount.

Its 'supposedly' cheaper then the main location but gosh its still $$$$ went there once just to see what the fuss was all about and I wasn't impressed.
