Wow, that's a steal. The only place that I plan to visit is Walmart. I want to get those holiday packaed cranberry candles. LOVE their cranberry candles collection.

I will probably miss most of boxing day tho due to the fact my gf works on the 27th so Ill be racing for the ferry attempting to get on, lol. That being said, the Canadain tire and the Wallyworld here in Port Alberni are at least 10-15 MORE than in Vancouver on alot of items. I was flabbergasted. |

it comes with an dvd with alot of exercises. it builds the 'core' of your body and gives you good balance. you can pretty much do anything on the ball as you would on a mat. |

You can have sex on the exercise ball. Try it Lise. ;)
There are many great exercises on the ball including strengthening your pelvis by wombling on the ball and bouncing up and down. I like the ball to do my situps because it helps stabalize core muscles.
