An anonymous middle-aged man they call the "Hairy Christmas Fairy" has been handing out money to strangers in towns across Cornwall. He's also been spotted buying people's lunch and giving away lottery tickets. His fashion sense is obviously outstripped by his generosity and bank account. Thats hilarious! Generous yes, but with sausage rolls and scratch and wins lol. The Hairy Fairy, sounds like a porn gone wrong.

  From the UK no less, I would have expected it somewhere in North America.
