RFID monitoring made way too easy

The EETimes is reporting that Hitachi has a breakthrough in RFIDtechnology that they are planning to show at this years ISSCC(International Solid-State Circuits Conference). The new RFID chipis their thinnest yet, measuring in at only 7.5 microns thick. That's about ten times thinner than a sheet of paper.

Expect to have these suckers slipped into everything you buy, wear, read, or handle.    Perfect for covertly tagging dissdents, demonstrators, "terrorists", or anyone that dares to complain about practically anything.
