  Eck, the creep was a teacher. God they are getting a bad rap lately.

Now there's talk that the suspect isn't reliable. He should be punished regardless. Imagine a teacher in Asia going after kids. NOW THAT'S SICK.

kingy......I felt pretty sick to my stomach when I heard of this arrest, because I TOO, believed that the parents were in on it.  BUT.....I'm not sure this guy (if in fact he's guilty) isn't going to implicate them somewhere down the line.  There's something mighty suspicious about the whole thing.  

  He described the circumstances of her death, totally inaccurately, and yet has come up with confidential details surrounding her death,  that are known only to the police.  It's like he's getting information from both, (of only two possiblities),  sources of information.

My thoughts are that there will be some huge twist in all this which will prove all our conjectures to be way off beam.

Well, if it twists in the direction I think it may, I'm not sure my conjecture WILL  be off beam.

Time will tell. But in the meantime it's a fascinating case (even although that stating that fact obviously betrays some elements of the ghoul residing in me!).

I hate this case. I remember watching this case as a kid.  So annoying. You turn on CNN and they have a little picture up on the screen everytime they mention her name. I still think the person who did it is 6ft under because if the girl was sexually assaulted there would be real evidence of it. This was not the case. Since a little kid I always thought the mom did the assaulting on purpose so she could tip off the police into the wrong direction.

Could it be his arrest was 'arranged' to finally put to rest the suspicions that are out there.....armed with enough bad information to make it impossible to convict, but enough correct information to make people open to the possibility of it being someone other than family  

  This guy didn't just pop out of the blue after 10 years.......something's VERY fishy, I tell ya.

i wonder if he is gonna get convicted. this guy looks pretty weird to begin with and to hear that he was at a sex change clinic in thailand just makes him even more weird.

  i wonder if he really did it. he looks very timid and meek.

    could be a false confession,as it seems his life was at a very bad point when the arrest occured.

  DNA should solve it shouldn't it? i thought there was sexual assault evidence?

I had a suspicion there was something wrong with this mans confession.

  DNA is not a match.....no charges.

Yup as I suspected it was most likely an inside job therefore either Patsie Ramsey (she's dead) or John Ramsey (who's gone missing apparently).

Hah. Karr's been cleared of the charge. I figured as much. His story had too much confliction - he was with his family during the night when JonBenet was murdered on Christmas.

  Though he's innocent, he's a sick twisted man. I cannot believe that he might only get one year off for possessing child pornography. What's worst is that he'll probably write a book and become infamous after he serve his term. More than likely he'll be set for life.

  WHAT A FRACKEN SICK WORLD WE LIVE IN.



I am tired of seeing her image splattered over the media. We forget that this is a little girl who's life was taken away from her so early. She should never have become a media sensation.

  I do not believe her parents did it. Just a feeling but I do think that her attacker was probably someone she knew or was close to.
