Vegetarian lasagna with a 6.5km run for dessert.

We went to Super China Buffet tonight....ribs, sushi, Mongolian grill, shrimp, shrimp, and more shrimp, plus fries, salad, ice cream, etc etc etc.

Probably about 940,000 calories, lol

Lunch was leftover meatloaf with squash.  And the best part is that there are more leftovers for tonight's dinner!  No cooking except to prepare some side dishes.

dinner: half of a vegetarian pizza that was a mistake or cancelled order at work.

"Biscuits and gravy" is a southern breakfast staple. I made "biscuits and curry" with dal lentils.

Lunch will be leftovers pork tenderloin stir fry with leeks and mushrooms with some noodles.

Mmm, nothing says 'lunch' like a good afternoon sausage!

I was running low on time and went with a sub again today.  I think I'll make up for the lack luster lunch with a night out for dinner.
