Is it possible to convert a MPEG layer-3 movie into an mp3 format so I can just listen to the music without the video?

Let us know how it turns out.  I've often had to scour internet for programs that perform functions the standard ones don't.  For example Videora, a free program, can convert mpegs to mov files (and vice versa, I think).
