Right, like who is actually going to wear this? What venue might be appropriate for this ghastly fashion faux pax? It's from the "ready-to-wear" collection, as if there's any place besides the surface of Mars that would be okay to wear this.

Sometimes Designers put pieces for artistic expression, and  sometimes in an ensemble, one item is actually only supposed to be for wide mass production.

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and guess that this one won't be mass produced. Plus, there just aren't that many people who have a closet big enough to store it in.
