What can you say about a place named the Pussy Cat? Although the name seems to imply something racy, it's not some kind of strip club or nude dancer dive. It's just another quiet, slightly dingy little bar without any special features except for the two guys who are out front all the time. Yep, those two guys.I don't know if they have some piece of the bar or if they're the local dope dealers, gun runners, or what. But those two guys were always there, day or night, rain or shine. See the welcoming smile on his face? Yeah, me neither. The Pussy Cat bar is located in Phnom Penh right in the Riverside area on Preah Sisovath Boulevard.
